    Thanks everyone. It took me about 7 and 1/2 months to reach my goal. And yes I had to up my calories after I hit my goal weight so I wouldn't keep losing. Any recommendations for good ways to start toning??? Especially my abs? I still have a flabby stomach somewhat and I want to fix that!!!
