Hi There!
I'm wondering how to account for Calories when doing strength training? If I work out for 45 mins doing strength work I don't know how to log it so I can see the calories burned? Any help would be most appreciated

Log it in under Cardio. There is a cardio exercise titled: "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)".
Put in the length of time and MFP then spits out the calorie estimate. Just beware that it is an estimate, however.0 -
Log it under cardio as strength training0
