I'm 5ft1 and around 128. If I lost five more pounds I'd be thrilled. I eat 1520 cal a day and try to get to the gym five days a week. I'm kinda holding steady at 128 however. That's ok too if that's meant to be for me.0

I'm 5'2 and I started at 121 pounds. My original goal weight was 110. My goal now is to have defined arms, back, abs, and quads, and to have a body fat percentage of at least 14%. I currently weigh 105.6 lbs.0

I'm 5'4" (er...5'3"-something...161cm...whatever that is in inches), and will stop trying to lose weight once I feel I look good.
There's a part of me that wants to get back to my pre-IR weight of 97lbs. As much as I intellectually prefer to be under 100lbs, I felt I looked better at around 110lbs.0 -

Don't even give it a second thought. It's all so personal. I bet you look fabulous now, and will look just as good at whatever weight you decide you want to be.
Life would be really boring if everyone's bodies were the same silhouette. I find many curvier women to be really attractive, and wish I could be confident enough to buck the social pressure to be slim.0 -
I am 5'2", 47 years old, and I was 135 when started getting serious on MFP in late January. I am presently 128 {held the same from last week:grumble: } and 1st goal is 120, then 115. Any lower I start looking emaciated. I just wish it would come off faster! I eat 1200 when I do not work out {but sooo hungry!} and 1400 when I do workout and on "spike days" up to about 1700. I have just started Supreme 90...we'll see what happens!:drinker:

I am 5'2" and 120 and if I can get 5lbs off i would be thrilled but my ultimate goal weight was 110 when i first started here. Now I would be really happy with the 115. I normally eat 1400 calories a day if not more with working out.0

I'm currently at 122.8 on my way down to 114.
I am eating 1490 calories a day. More if I exercise copiously.
I *was* eating 1200, bumped it up to 1300 and got stuck at 125.
The instant I upped my calorie intake I lost 2lbs. So I'm staying in the 1400-1500 range until losses stop again. Hopefully they won't until I reach my goal0 -
i am 5.2 ft and currently 132, i am aiming for 128 but would love to be 125 on the nose. can't seem to budge past 132, it's been 2.5 months now. I was eating 1200 cals a day, then increased it for 1 month, gained so now i dropped it to my bmr of 1252.0

I'm 27, 5'2" and currently weigh 143lbs, but I just honestly can't picture myself being in the 120lb mark! I'm trying to lose weight but gain a good amount of muscle too; I'll be happy if I can make it to 130-133lbs.0

I am 29, 126 pounds and I want to be down around 115 but will decide to when to stop based on how I look. I am eating around 1200 a day and I always have one or two days when I go over on the weekend. I don't eat back my excersize calories because I figure my weekend indiscretions and my workout calories balcance each other out. I have been losing 1 pd consistently each week and focusing on strength training. I forgot to mention I am 5'2"0

5'1'' and currently hovering around 120-125 depending on the day.
I try to stay at 1600 with working out 5 days a week. 3 lift days and 2 cardio days. If I eat above 1600 on lift days that's fine with me.
I don't care to lose any weight on the scale per say, so I'm fine with my number. I just want to gain more muscle or lose more fat, whichever or both haha.0 -

Hey! I am 4'11 and am currently at 117lbs. My goal weight is 112. My heaviest was 133 (ahhh not good!). I am currently loosing around 1lb per week. I consume 1300 calories a day and am on my third month of TurboFire.

5'2, currently 126lbs aiming for 110-115lbs or 18%BF, which might end up being at a higher weight. I currently eat 12,000 calories per week, averaging about 1,700 per day. I do Crossfit 4-5x per week, strength at the gym 3 times a week, and cycle to and from work (1 hour total) 2-3 times per week.0

Started at 127, down to 116. I've been maintaining for months at 1600 calories a day and working out 4-5 days a week.0 -
I'm 36 yrs old and 5'2" and I've been hovering around 122-123 lbs. for about 3 months... a true plateau, I think. My bodyfat % is 22 but would like to get down to 18% and re-assess from there. I've tried 1200 kcal (was starving and grouchy and my hair was falling out by the handful) and then ate around my TDEE (2100) for a couple of months to hopefully re-set my metabolism. Now eating around 1500 on rest days and 1900 on workout days, but still no scale movement or inches lost. Trying not to be frustrated but it's hard. I work out a lot, combo of weightlifting, spinning, step aerobics, kickboxing... so I'm in good shape but really feel stuck. If any of you fellow shorties has advice it would be much appreciated! I am 5' 2" currently 119 llbs really wanting to be 112 I think any less is a dream. Calories set at 1370 but I tend not to eat 1270 on weekdays so I have more for weekends. Exercise 30 mins 5x a week and will eat Back the calories0

Quarter-inch shy of 5'3, and I weigh 129...my goal is to get back down to 118 (my usual weight), and I usually eat anywhere between 1500-1800 calories a day on the days that I teach fitness classes/work out intensely. On my recovery days, I eat between 1300-1350. Good luck with your goals!!0
