    Hi Zoe,
    we are at opposite ends of the scales then! I am sadly a long way off being a teenager ( although I am still one in my heart! ) and I am overweight!
    We all have our issues to deal with, I have just signed up to this tonight, so feel that I am taking the first step to helping myself. Hope you are finding the website helpful for your own issues. Hope you dont mind me saying hello, good luck on your journey. L.x
