    Has anyone tried this yet?

I made it today with 1/3-less-fat cream cheese and 1/4c Truvia instead of the sugar. They are ok, with potential lol. Here's what I'll do differently next time:

For starters, it needs to be in regular, normal sized muffin tin. I assumed that since it said "small muffin cup" in the recipe it meant MINI size. Which is fine but it makes ~26 if you do it that way. Secondly, I'd use cupcake liners. That have been (thirdly,) sprayed with nonstick spray. Then, less Truvia. Maybe only 2Tbsp. That's about it.

I made them with -25% fat cream cheese and 2% vanilla greek yogurt. I replaced half of the sugar and used the "leftovers" to add a little oreo cookie crumb crust on the bottom of each. Actually next time I'll make them as squares, with a crust, and slice. They had to cook about twice as long as the recipe indicated, for me. Yummy though!

Not to burst anyone's bubble but how can they only be 20 calories when they have 8 grams of fat (whichi is 72 calories alone), 1.8 grams of carbs (7.2 calories), and 5 grams of protein (20 grams of protein).

If someone has pointed this out already sorry but I didn't read all pages.

    Sounds good though!!
