    Hello I need some help and I don't know how to make a new post for people to reply too so hopefully its okay to post something here? I need help figuring out how many calories to eat. I did try to calculate TDEE and I am scared to eat that many calories. Before I go into major details can anyone help? Should I be posting somewhere else? I have no where to go.

    Perhaps if you could track down the movie Major League, you will find him in there...a younger buffer all state agent who couldn't hit the curve ball. Might help you sleep?
