Hi!
I have troubles changing my outer thighs and I need YOUR help!!
Is there anyone out there that changed fat "pear type" (see on the pics under what I mean with "pear type") buttocks and thighs?
How have you done that?
Could you PLEASE post your before and after pics? I have to see that it could be DONE!

You can't spot reduce. Lowering overall body fat will help.Building your shoulder to balance the pear shape is also a suggestion.
I have big legs and just ran for a long time. I am still a runner however the best thing I ever did was to start heavy lifting again (and that includes a good leg workout). There is a before and after pic in my profile.0 -
