I love talking to people on here everyone is great,
And the network support and motivation is immense.
But I could also do with some UK folk as when I'm
On here everyone else is in bed due to time zone.

    Another UK resident here :D

    Diary is open to friends and evening meals are generally cooked from scratch.

    Exercise is a mixture of eliptical trainer & mountain biking for cardio and I've just started strong lifts 5x5
