As we age over time, if we haven't educated ourselves on good nutrition and smart activity, we are past due for a good course on these topics. Sites like MyFitnessPal help keep us motivated and on our toes. The information, tools, and socialization make it perfect for us. What are the best and most helpful things you have learned to help to keep you healthy? I've learned that keeping a diary on food intake and activity are crucial! We learn more from completing this action than just about anything else. Keep me motivated and I'll most certainly cheer you on too!
