Start there and decide where I want to go. I got down to 76kg mid last year and loved it, but I since have been quite unwell with RA that I have put that back on plus a bit more.

Goal Weight is based on a the middle of a "healthy" BMI. I don't know with my structure if that's an achievable or maintanable goal. That being said, I am going to wait until I get closer to that weight range to figure it out!0 -
