I can actually, I have it all written down and follow it precisely
And keep in mind that this is something I put together all on my own, I don't know if I'm doing it right or wrong. But it's working for me.
*Always stretch after workout, and never start cold.
Elliptical for 30 minutes (HIIT) on all my workout days
Monday-
I always use enough weight that I can do no more than 15 reps. 3 sets of 15 for all excercises
Upper body-- Bench Press
Bent over rows
Curls
Kick Backs (I love these, they work the back part of your upper arms)
Shoulder press
Skull Crusher
And I also do Abs on upper body days.
My Ab routine is
Planks 3 sets of 10
Side planks 3 sets of 10 (on each side)
Leg Crunch- Legs straight up in the air, head off the ground, crunch bring right arm to left leg and vice versa, this counts as one movement, 3 sets of 10
Scissor Crunch- Legs lifted off of the ground, and cross one over top of the other as you crunch, 3 sets of 10. Sorry if I'm not explaining well, I don't know if these are the right names.
Tuesday is a rest day
Wednesday
Lower Body
Lunges-20 switch 20
Lunge with a kick 20 switch 20
Power Lunge 20 switch 20
Step Ups 10 switch 10
Glute thrust (another fave) 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
Squats- free at first, but now I use the squat bench 3 sets of 12-15
Thursday
1 hour of cardio instead of 30 minutes
Abs/Core day, see above.
Friday
Upper Body-See above
Saturday
Break day
Sunday
Lower Body-See above
