Day 2 of 30 Day Shred....

and all I can say is ouch!! First of all, I thouhgt I was more limber and coordinated that I turned out to be! Also, I hurt in places that I didn't know could hurt! It will pay off in the end. I am just glad that I completed the 2nd day, I have a past history to complete day 1 and decide it's too hard. So, all and all, I suppose that is a goal in itself!     WTG! I do the 30 day shred as well. I now alternate between level 2 and 3 just keep going!

    going to use your two days as motivation to get mine in the DVD player and push play! lol I have been looking at it for a few weeks now. Can't lose weight that way.. Way to go! Feel the pain.. that is good pain!

    Nice! It took me two tries to get going with the Shred. The first time I was SO out of shape, did it for 3 days and couldn't do it anymore. Then I tried again last month (much more fit) and Level 1 was a breeze. Level 2 is a challenge though, and I only have 2 more days of it until I should move up to Level 3! Eek!
