    Me! I'm 5'0. I weighed 110 my entire life, got pregnant and gained a ton of weight. Ended up at 198. I'm about 118 now and maintaining.

    I started my lifestyle change 2 years ago at 179 (and 5"1') It has been a long journey but have enjoyed every bit of it. I have about 10-12 left to lose and MFP has been a huge help in my calorie intake :) I wish you all the luck and can tell you that it is possible even when it feels impossible!

    In 2009 I lost 10lbs but then got pregnant. During my pregnancy I exercised at the gym once a week. When I had my little man I was down to about 168 after the first 3 months. I did WebMD's version of calorie counting for about a half a year and then found MFP. I was able to lose 30pd but this took about 3yrs. It's a journey not a race and you need to make it a life style change. I've cut back on portion sizes and try to get some movement in my life (ie walking, exercising at home). Good luck and know that you can do this!!! It takes time, but you can do it! Feel free to add me for support and motivation!!!!

    goal was 135 got to 134 went back up to 136-137ish new goal is 128 but no smaller.
