"Big Mac Casserole" just sounds like it should be nowhere near the word "Fitness". Is it just me?
Just you -- you can just about anything in moderation and be totally healthy. Plus ANYTHING you make at home, no matter what is call it, is going to be better than drive thru crap.
And it's better than the 540 you get in an actual Big Mac - everything in moderation :-)0 -
