I am using my free trial to Jillian Michaels website and trying to find calories burned doing her 30 day shred dvd. I found a post from last year on here stating there was a list but I can not find it on the website. Please help. I started level 2 today and would like to know how many calories I am burning. Thanks.

There is a website called Buddy Slim and they have calculator for the 30 Day Shred to find out how many calories you burned. It is pretty cool website. Good luck :bigsmile:0
