So I recently graduated and now I have a job where I sit for 8 hrs. I went from being pretty active to no movement for 8 hrs. I still workout 5-6 days per week. I changed my settings to sedetary and it reduced my calorie intake from 1600 to 1300 ..But, I was told by a nutritionist before never to go under 1500 because I will just slow my metabolism down.. What should I do

I've always been told not to go below 1,200/day, but if you work out it should increase your intake to compensate so you don't go into starvation mode.0
