Measure out your half cup of peaches from a can. Pour the juice in with the dry oats. Add some water. Cook. Throw the peaches on top. I, then, add my milk. Also, sometimes cinnamon, or walnuts. Peaches and cream.0

I like to add fruit to mine, apples and cinnamon, blueberries and cinnamon, strawberries and apples and cinnamon, blackberries and blueberries and cinnamon. peaches and cinnamon....peanut butter and apples...as you can see I put cinnamon on it always but I never put sugar or butter anymore, by adding the fruit I don't need the sugar and butter.0

I love oatmeal and make lots of different variations - I cook it in water and add 1-2 scoops of protein powder:
My favorite, Chocolate PB: oats, 1-2 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, Dark Chocolate PB
Sweet Potato Pie: oats, baked sweet potato, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger
Mounds: oats, 1-2 tbsps cocoa powder, 1 tbsp coconut oil
Mexican Hot Chocolate: oats, 1-2 tbs cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, ground cayenne pepper
Breakfast Oats: oats, chopped banana, chopped walnuts, sugar free maple syrup0 -
