Fibromyalgia suffer looking for exercise tips

Can anyone suggest some gentle exercises I can do at home to help shed my winter layer around my stomach and butt?:blushing:

I also have fibro/cfs as a symptom from my chronic lyme disease. I think you should try yoga!0 -
A friend who also suffers from this told me she does maternity yoga
maybe try that!

I do alot of treadmill or elliptical, and a kick/scalpt class and of course zumba.0

Hi ~ I have the same issue here..have added some winter layers on...have fibro as well and have found that swimming is a great and gentle way to get some exercise without the harsh impact on our bodies :-) good luck on your fitness journey....0

I agree! I have a connective tissue disorder and find Yoga to be one of the best things. I am also a runner but have to alternate between the yoga and running in order to maintain a healthy balance for my joints.0
