So I measured my waist, lost 1 inch but haven't lost any more weight or any where else, but my question is, I was thinking about only eating half of my exercise calories? Is that a bad choice or no?

that is what I do.....just play around with it, mix things up and see what works for you! Good luck! when I had a plateau I increased my protein and lowered my carbs and fat.

Thats what alot of people on here recommend....Eat atleast 1/2 your workout calories, so you can refuel your body.....

I eat 1/2 some days and some days I dont......

Congrats on the loss of inches....

    Keep going strong

I try not to eat all of my exercise calories. Exercise calories are like bonus points, use them if you need them but if you don't, it can only help you. A lot of times, it is my exercise calories that save me from going over my calorie limit.

ok thanks so much everyone :) I think I'll only eat what I'm hungry for and leave it at that. maybe thats been my issue, trying to eat all my exercise calories? I'm gonna try this and see what happens!
