    Don't be frustrated with yourself! The average is 1-2 pounds a week and that's healthy! One thing I have learned on my weight loss journey is that you need to keep your metabolism going by eating healthy snacks between meals. I wasn't doing that but when I started having snacks I started losing more because my metabolism was working better. If you need any ideas for snacks message me or friend me and I will happily give you some ideas. :happy:
