I like to mix it up a bit so I don't get bored. Honestly, if it's just for weight loss, than whatever fits your calorie budget goes. I used to do Kashi Go Lean Crunch with unsweetened almond milk, topped with some blueberries. I've started weeding GMOS out of my diet so I switched over to a little raw milk and Nature's Path Heritage Flakes with blueberries and a banana. Both options are filling and I eat that around 8am and don't eat again (don't feel like eating again) until after my workout (so around 11am). Sometimes

Probably not the best but i can stomach it
Santiarium - Wheetbix Wholegrain Wheet bricks (i crush 3 up)
    or
Kellogs - Sultana Bran (just over a handfull)

both with either full cream milk or long life milk (trying to cut that back)
or low fat yoghurt and fruit

Fills me up and is good energy for the start of the day

can't comment on other types of milk unfortunately

For milk, I use unsweetened Almond Milk. They range in calories from 30 to 80 calories a cup. I eat Fiber One (80 calorie) cereal. Sometimes regular Cheerios.

I use breast milk. It's healthy and natural. Almond and soy milk is processed, and cow milk isn't for humans. It's kind of sweet. I love it!

do you milk yourself and drink your own?

No. I get it from this site: http://www.onlythebreast.com/

    Bookmarked

I'd exercise a lot of caution with that. There's no screening process for the milk you'd be purchasing.

Breast milk can transmit herpes, HIV, and other communicable diseases. If the nipple is infected you're going to be ingesting that infection...

Suddenly, it's not as healthy as it once purported to be.

    They do screen donors.

They may screen the donors, but that's not what I said.

There's no screening process for the milk, it says so in the video posted on their homepage.

Ultimately, of course, this is everyone's own personal decision. I'm just highlighting what is a huge flaw in this system.

  • I like unsweetened Almond Milk, Silk or Blue Diamond, and Protein Plus Special K cereal. Sometimes it is gluten free Rice Chex.

I'm going to guess there is sugar paranoia involved ...

I am completely obsessed with Nature's Path Mesa Sunrise with raisins. My husband thinks it tastes like grass, so I get the whole bag to myself, lol. I use almond milk instead of cow's milk.
