My mother did, but I honestly don't feel it taught her anything.
  • I did it a few years back. Was on it for a year, lost about 40kg, stopped "diet" put it all back on slowly. Save your money and put it into fresh fruit, veggies and meat and have a nice balanced diet and move that body!

Feel free to message me and I can answer other questions if you like but I am off to bed so reply might be slow. night

I did it for about 12 weeks, lost about 7kg but didn't continue. It's a good kick start but not a life plan by any means... I still have plenty of soups which I might ebay too!

Yeah I am just thinking of doing for a kick start as I have 75kgs to lose.... so I am hoping itl get the weight off then it will be easier for me to exercise etc... I am not sure? I am/can see a dietcian so after I have finished losing a decent chunk of weight I could go see her for a strict eating plan... just thought this might be a miracle!

I have. Lost about 8kg in six weeks. It was hell! My farts were rank because of the fibre additive (I still hold the record in our house for the worst smell to come out of a living human being) I had to use because it was such an unbalanced way of eating. It does nothing to teach you about eating for optimal health, costs a fortune and is boringly repetitive. Oh, and once you start eating normally again the weight comes back, plus a bit more for your troubles.

But hey, I wish I'd have thought up the concept - I'd be as rich as Mr. Ferguson :drinker:

    I'd rather try Sarah Ferguson.

    Or Massey Ferguson.

Or rolling my eyes out with rusty spoons.
