when do u add more calories?

I was wondering when or are u sappose to increas daily intake of calories? I"m 5.1 and weigh 122 with 7 lbs to go and was wondering if i was sapoose to up the daily intake or not

    If anything, the less you weigh, the less intake you should have.
    Im not sure how MFP accounts for gender or size, but I know that at every 10lbs I lose, I am automatically reminded to re-evaluate my goals/intake etc.

    as you lose weight you will need fewer calories, so you shouldn;t have to increase them until you decide you are done losing and would like to maintain (this will eliminate your caloric deficit). If you are stuck at your current weight you may need to slightly alter your intake by increasing or decreasing slightly to get things going again. Some people recommend taking a day or 2 off of your diet plan and indulging (allbeit carefully) to boost your metabolism and speed things along. but this is only if you're having trouble. it sounds like you're doing well. keep it up! :flowerforyou:
