It's been five days since you've last seen a face that didn't have blood smeared against it, or flesh in the teeth. Around you, where there was once chaos, the screams of dying humans, the wailing of sirens, there is only an empty silence. If you want to survive, to have any chance of living another day, you have to follow the this monthly challenge. Complete the challenges, and maybe, just maybe, you won't be the flesh hanging from the brain muncher's teeth.
In a game of survival, the odds are against you. This challenge is designed to give everyone a fun workout, while showing that, if you can survive a zombie apocalypse, you can lose weight.
We will have an overall monthly weight loss goal, this months will be 6lbs
Each week I will post up a small section of the story and a mini challenge for the week, when you have completed said challenge you must post "mission completed" and report your progress. Check in is every monday. These mini tasks will help with the overall weight loss mission.
This weeks mini challenge is to move at least 3 times this week for at least half an hour.
Walk, run, ride, or swim just don't get bit! Have fun!

    Question -- I don't need to lose weight, but I like zombies and like getting more active. Will this still be interesting for me, or is it just heavily focused on losing those 6 lbs? Can I enjoy the story and challenges without trying to lose the weight?

    I'm in for sure ! Just wanted to clarify, it has to be 3x 30 min sessions - continuous movement during that 30mins ?

    It is all up to you! If you can the full half hour without stopping then do that, if not feel free to break it down like i gave to :) do 3 10 minute sessions over the day. Try doing at least an hour and a half in total this week, otherwise zombies will get you!

    You’ve been travelling for days, you have not seen a single non infected since you started moving again. Everything is really getting to you now, the thirst is driving you mad and clean water is hard to find in these conditions. You stumble on through a empty mid country town to find a fresh water stream, you down cup after cup, face full after face full. Through this **** time, it's the little things that help.

    Make sure to drink as much water in a day guys! Try to aim for 8 cups :)
