Cheesy Italian Style Stuffed Peppers
Calories 383 per 1 pepper

1/4 Instant brown rice
1/2 Ground Turkey
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1- 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes
2 cups of mozzarella
4 red bell peppers

****Non stick cooking spray

1. Cook rice according to package directions.

2. In a large bowl, combine rice, Turkey, seasoning, onion, Parmesan, 1/4 cup of tomatoes, and 1 cup of mozzarella. Fill peppers with rice mixture.

3. Coat the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray and place filled peppers upright in cooker. Spoon remaining tomatoes over and between peppers; top each pepper with 1/4 cup of mozzarella. Cook on low 8 hours.
