Done! 100 with 3lb weights, 80 with 1lb weights, 20 with no weights. Definitely feeling it!!0

Done. I did these at work on my break and held my tape dispenser and stapler while doing them. I'd guesstimate they are about 1.5 lb each (based on the fact that they felt about the same weight as my 1.5 lb weighted Turbo Fire gloves).0 -
