30 day shred and bicycle crunches

does anyone else find them selves "crawling" up the floor when you do these? is there a way to do these and stay put? lol

By the bicycle crunch section, I can barely lift my legs at all! you must be doing them with a lot of gusto.0

I have never "crawled up the floor" with bicycle crunches. Not saying it can't happen, but I have never had any issue like that. Are you doing them too fast?0

Doing them on a matt that sticks to the floor?0

I can't give any advice, seeing as I don't do bicycle crunches, other than finding a youtube video to look at the correct form.0
