Fitness + Nutrition + Support = Success
I have been battling the low 150s for 3 months now and I'm very happy to see that I am finally winning. I'm another pound closer to reaching my end-all-end goal of 135's.

I wanted to be out of the 150s by the end of 2012, and even when the scale said 152 I didn't quit. I used ti to push myself harder with my workouts and eat better.
I am dead set on hitting my goals and I use bumps in the road to remind me that I am human and that tomorrow is a new day. But I will hit my goals, even if I missed a time frame.0 -
