I currently work out about six times a week. I average a calorie burn of about 3-4 thousand a week but I ALWAYS underestimate my burn and usually overestimate my calorie intake. It is so easy to do it the other way around so you really need to focus on it. I do three days of cross trainer and treadmill (combination run and fast pace walk) at 30 minutes each, I do one day of karate, I ride my bike for about 10 miles on a Saturday and swim about 3/4 mile on Sunday. If the weather is bad on Saturday I will do an extra day in the gym on Tuesday. Once At my goal, I will most likely adjust my intake and reduce my amount of days exercising in order to maintain my goal.0
