Fresh herbs - I always have a tone of fresh herbs in the fridge. At the moment I have:
    Curly Parsley
    Italian Parsley
    Basil
    Rosemary
    Thyme
    Tarragon
    Dill
    Mint

There are a great way to jazz up the most simple of recipes.

Also my other top 5 things to buy are:

    Broccoli
    Full Fat Greek Yoghurt
    Organic Chicken Breast
    Organic Eggs
    Pork Mince

Greek yogurt, for sure! It doubles as sour cream for me in just about everything.
    Oats
    Broccoli
    Plouts
    Whole wheat flour
    Seltzer water

And while it isn't necessarily healthy, I've been grabbing Skinny Cow ice cream bars. So addicting!

at the grocery store I purchase eggs, lean meat, fish, fat free greek yogurt, 1 percent milk, oats, peanut butter, olive oil (and about every other type of oil you can think of lol), balsamic vinegar (which I forgot today!grrr) sherry, Cheese, coffee and those baby sweet peppers. Occasionally granola bars if I'm in the mood and protein powder when I think of it. Oh and if I want a veggie that wasnt' provided by my co op that week I get that too.. but they usually fill my fridge up lol.

From my co-op I get bread, granola, a ton of veggies, coconut oil, usually some fresh spices and nuts when offered.

oh yes.. and then stuff for my son.. cause he looks at me now and say.. veggies again, can I get a pizza?? and he's sooo skinny!! (13 6ft and weights like 125 and lifts sheesh)

and from the beer store I get beer and wine and vodka.. or my guy does.. and he leaves it here.. lol (ahhhhhealthy for mental reasons and stress relief)

LOL! I grab the skinny cow or weight watchers! Always in bar form so i know I am getting a single serving rather than scooping it out myself and overserving myself! May not be the "healthiest" but if you are cutting calories they are definately an alternative!

umm... it has to be healthy.. it has the word skinny is it's name.. right???

    *smile*
I made ice cream out of chocolate protein powder greek yogurt and bananas. I just need a better container to freeze it in. (made another batch and added strawberries to it as well.. yum!)
ps.. not dissing skinny cow (I think I have some in the freezer too) just making fun. lol

My "Fresh and Easy" grocery list for office lunches:

    For instant breakfasts:
    Oatmeal
    Granola
    Almond milk
Eggs (hard boiled; precook them, ready when you are; they're good for a week)
Coffee (the instant stuff Starbucks ones are great on the go)

    For instant salads:
    Bagged salad greens
Precooked chicken breast, unflavored (Fresh and Easy sells it in one-pound containers in the deli fridge)
    Dried raisins or cranberries
Individual bags of almonds or walnuts (I crush them before opening them and topping it on the salad)
Salad dressing (I like nonfat raspberry vinegarette or honey mustard)
Red onion, tomatoes, and pepperocini to top

    For instant meals:
Microwaveable bags of brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, etc.
    Prepackaged bags of spinach
Cous cous (faster to cook than rice or pasta)
[Microwave and add the precooked chicken breast noted above]
    Canned tuna in water

    For instant sandwiches:
    Superfiber bread
    Peanut butter
Veggie burger patties (add greens from packaged salads for topping)
    Quality slices of cheese

    For snacks:
Activia Light yogurt (the vanilla flavor has a good bit of fiber)
    Hummus (with veggies)
Prepacked individual portions of almonds, or trail mix
Protein shakes (either by the can or make from a mix)
    Fresh fruit
Reduced fat Triscuits (lots of fiber = keeps you full) [top with hummus or cheese]
    Fiber One bars with antioxidants
