Yoplait greek yogurt (100 calories!! & 10 grams of protein)

If your store carries Siggi's yogurt (it's Icelandic style, not greek, but tastes as good if not better - and no additives, other than agave nectar), you can get that same 100 calories but with 14 grams of protein!

    My absolute staples are

Smart & Delicious HIgh Fiber Low Carb Wheat Tortillas
Healthy Life Low Sodium Wheat English Muffins
    Light Cream Cheese
    Starkist Low Sodium Tuna
Starkist Tuna Salad 100 cal pouch
    Chobani yogurt
    Siggi's Yogurt
All mixed greens and baby greens (spinach, arugala, etc)
    Cucumbers
    Mushrooms
    Grape / Cherry Tomatoes
Berries, Apples, Bananas, Oranges/Tangerines, Red Grapefruit, Pears - pretty much any fruits!
Bear Naked Fit Granola - Triple Berry
Larabars, Pure Protein Bars (Choc Deluxe and S'mores)
    Blue Diamond Low Sodium Almonds
Blue Diamond Wasabi & Soy Almonds
Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt Caramel (guilty pleasure, in moderation, of course)
    Egg Whites
    Egg Beaters
    Regular Eggs
    Pepperjack cheese
    Better Oats Oatfit Oatmeal
Kashi Go Lean Crips Toasted Berry Crumble
