A "friend" of mine invited me to a Body by Vi party on Facebook, and I was very pleased to see someone post this as a response. I'd like to hope I'm at level 4, but sometimes I know I have level 1 days.

*just to clarify, I consider the "in moderation" of level 4 to mean anything in moderation

    Most days, I'm a level 4, but I do have the occasional level 2 day.


    The level 1 days are a thing of the past.

    Generally I'm a Level 4...but I have occasion to visit level one...mostly when responding to emotional triggers! I'm working to not be as impulsive or reactionary! Realizing those emotional moments are fleeting, my health is forever! ... We have many moods...but only get 1 body!! I have to take care of it!!!

    I was quite comfortable at level 1 for years. Level 4 is what I aim for most days.
