  • Try taking in more calories in liquid form, instead of whole foods. If you're training hard and not eating enough, your metabolism will slow and results will be tougher to come by. Whether it's on the scale or by inches.

    Thanks guys! im not going to depend on the weight on the scale any more! Im happy with the results im getting so im going to stick with what im doing!
