Hi,

Only just found this forum. It looks fab for keeping motivated!!

I have already lost 24 lb (must remember to use lb - I am in the UK and we use stones and lb lol) before I found this site.

Looking forward to reading all your posts and chatting to you all.

    Hi katherine. Just joined myself yesterday. I agree,,it will keep me motivated and accountable. I am from Canada,,we switch back and forth between lbs and kg. I prefer lbs. My child is getting married in the fall and I want to look my best that day. Wow, you have lost 24lb,,,good for you. Your clothes must be very comfortable now. Hope you have a successful day today.
