My name is Sam, I'm 22, and recently gained about 30 lbs. I'm at 168/170lbs. right now and I'd ideally like to be around 140. I just started to exercise in the morning and I'm trying to eat better (minus yesterday which was a work function! >:/)
Please add me as a friend, I'd love to stay motivated and get some food ideas! I need to get in shape before the spring/summer hiking season. My goal is to hike Mt. Washington, something I never thought I'd be able to do until I started hiking last year. The winter has turned me into a hibernating bear, so it's time to step it up!

I'm 27 and roughly the same weight. I lost 85ish lbs last year, and am back to get to an actual healthy weight. Maybe we can keep track of each other!0
