I would like to join. I do home workout dvds. Right now I am doing Tapout XT. My starting weight is 205.4 lbs, my goal wight is 164 lbs. In 4 weeks I would like to lose 10 lbs.0

I would like to join this as well. I am 200 lbs and would like to lose 5 lbs as well. I am starting 30 Day Shred DVD tonight and I also have an elliptical and treadmill, this might help me start using them. Good luck everyone

I would like to join as well. I want to use this to make sure I keep up my food logging for longer that a couple of days. Four to five pounds in four weeks would be great.
