After, literally, 6 mos of sitting on my rear end and doing nothing, I went to the gym tonight and did 30 mins on the eliptical machine. Ok, I took it slow at first, but I did that so I wouldn't over do it and have an excuse to not go back tomorrow. Everyone in the house was out for the evening so I had no reason to not go and I am so glad I went.
