Celebrate the small changes

I have only been working out (cardio and strength training) for a week, but today I noticed I'm standing a bit straighter, holding my head a bit higher, and my walk has a little bit of strut to it. I love feeling good about me and my body. I'm going be rockin' it soon!

    awesome job! keep up the good work. I have only been using the elliptical for a few weeks, and I find that I have upped my distance in the same amount of time! it's a good feeling :)
