First is October 2012, at 218. Second is February 2013, 188 pounds.

my question is...by thw way u all look awesome! Did you eat hte extra calories you were alloted from cardio? I do and it makes life bearable since my base starting point is 1200 calories per day! thx0

I haven't tried pictures yet, but hopefully this is my side by sides.
Not even my highest weight. I went on to add 20 more lbs after this picture.
Highest weight was 216 lb.
Last weekend.
Currently 45 years old, 5' 5" and currently 144 lbs.1 -
I'm a work in progress still.
Height: 5'6
SW: 320
CW:240 (pic around 250)

First picture is from Summer 2011 (I started working out January 2012/weight lifting April 2012)
Second is from 3 days ago at the gym with a friend before working out (admittedly the lighting was very very good).
Roughly 1 year progress, gained about 20 pounds in that time arguably leaner too (I didn't have abs in the first picture).
My word, that is a tremendous difference. I'm in awe.0 -
