    I started last March and have lost 125ish pounds to date. My highest weight was 280lbs and my ultimate goal weight is 130lbs and I am 5'5" for reference and 35 years old. Here is my Pretty in Pink collage...

    First Picture (270lbs, 28 years old), Second picture (220lbs), Third Picture - present day (155lbs, 35 years old, and only 25lbs left to lose!!!)

    Wow you are my new inspiration, you look so great and so much younger. Well done. Did you just use MFP or more?

    Wow!!! That's an amazing transformation.... Want to know what I noticed first?... before picture =no smile, after picture =SMILING... great job... keep smiling!

    I am 5'4" the before is 225lbs and the after is 145lbs...I am currently 140lbs! Goal is to maybe get to 135, i am lifting heavy as well. I have been at this journey for going on 2 yrs this summer.

    Not there yet, but down a little over 30 pounds since I ACTUALLY started Jan 2, 2013 (I created my acct in August but totally didn't do anything for months.)

    June 25, 2012 (somewhere between 190-200, I think) and today (March 10, 2013, 157 lbs.)

    I just declared goal met last week since I am happy with my current BF% level.

    At my heaviest in June/July 2010 ~160 (size 12 tight) / December 28th 2012 ~128 (size 4)

    Starting in January I switched to a weight lifting centric exercise plan and dropped approximately 3% Body fat in the 7 weeks.

    I apologize for the last two pictures, I know they're kinda crappy XD Also, they were pretty impromptu, which explains the pj pants

    This is so inspiring to me because my measurements and weight are currently very close to your middle pictures and I'm trying to get where you are now. Awesome job =)

    5'4", around 215 before and around 155 in the after. no spanx - eff yeah!

    forgot to mention my methods. i'm a vegetarian and i generally eat between 1300-1700, depending on how much exercise i've done. i do boot camp three days a week and run 2-3 days a week outside of boot camp.

    Ok, I want to look like you! Is weight lifting "centric" plan different than regular weight lifting? I googled and didn't find anything specific.

    no matter how much you dont want to work some days, just get out there! it is ALWAYS worth it! The only work out you'll ever regret is the one you don't do :)
