    Red, I seriously teared up reading your post and looking at your pics! You are so brave to share this an I am so very proud of you! Great job maintaining... I know you haven't finished your transformation yet, but I have no doubts that you won't reach yours goals! I cherish you as a friend and I think you are so incredibly beautiful inside and out!!

    First off.... you look great!

    Secondly... I'm in the same boat. I've been maintaining a 65-70 # loss for 10 months now, even though I'm about 25lbs from where I want to be.

    Thanks for helping me with some perspective, and good luck with your Tri training!! I did one last year, they are awesome!

    Definitely rock what you've got! You've had so many victories, not the least of which is inspiring others. You are a beautiful woman (you were before too, but even cuter now) and you've worked hard, so be proud of yourself!

    Something I didnt note before...was the fact that I have never kept it off this long...ever! Unfortunately I've done this "thang" more than I'd like to admit... (ok..5 times)
