I'm new looking encouragement

I'm new to this site. The last few years have been stressful. I took care of my mother for 5 years, fought my siblings over money to care for our mother and had a heart attack. Now that my mother has passed I know that I need to get myself in shape, as I want to live a long time.

I have joined a gym and gotten myself a personal trainer. I only have 25 lbs to lose, but I need to get rid of my belly fat, strength my core and get my waist smaller than my hips.. I found I lost the ability to touch my toes or squat. It is hard to relearn things that once were so easy.

I'm looking for friends that understand what I am going through.and will encourage me. I will do the same
