Protein pancakes:
One scoop of Chris Powell protein powder and 2 egg whites, add blueberries or other berries...150 calories...yummmmm0 -
Silken tofu in shakes makes it creamy and has protein.0

Omelet made with 1 egg, 2 egg whites, red and green peppers, jalapeño pepper, chipotle pepper in adobo, turkey sausage crumbles, cilantro, and reduced fat cheese. ( I dice all the veggies and sauté with the turkey sausage first.) Top with salsa if you like. Be careful to add only a small amount of chipotle as they are extremely spicy.0

I like shakes, peanutbutter on toast/low calorie bagels or eggs with onions and spinich (you could always different things to eggs to mix it up!)0

I love eggs: scrambled, fried, omelet. To spice them up I add veggies, ham, salsa, etc. I also like cottage cheese with fruit with a side of pb toast. Protein smoothies are great as well, especially if you throw in some spinach for some extra nutrients. I've also started making protein pancakes (1 banana, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 whole egg, cinnamon, vanilla extract) which are sooo good!0

Ham and provolone wrapped in a tortilla and microwaved for 45 seconds0

hey snowflake! feel free to check out my diary. lately i've been having eggs scrambled w cheese, chives, cilantro, and shot of hot sauce w ham and a piece of fruit (either tangerine or small apple). it fits in well low carbing.
another LC option that i really like is this smoothie: 8 oz soy milk, 1/4 cup soft tofu, 6 strawberries, 2 T PB2, ice, and a lil non-sugar sweetener. Ya don't taste the tofu...it just adds creaminess.0 -
There are a lot of great healthy breakfast quiches. I use egg replacer, lots of veggies, no meat, low fat cheese. They make about 8 servings. I use recipe apps like sparks and I tweak them and make them healthier. Another think I like to do is a 1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt, half cup of frozen blueberry (can use fresh), 1 tsp vanilla, 1 Tbsp honey. Mix it all together. This is like a homemade yogurt and is very tasty and healthy for breakfast or just a good snack. I really love this site it is helping me out a lot. I am down 50 lbs since January 7th.0

Paleo egg "muffins" i've been LOVING! I make them all at once and just reheat at work.
Makes 6 servings
8 eggs
ham or bacon (or any meat you want)
bell pepper/onions (or any veggies you want)
Salt and pepper
Beat eggs, set aside
Saute veggies and ham in a pan then scoop into egg tins
Cook bacon if adding instead of ham and add to egg pan
Scramble eggs with salt and pepper lightly so they are still running but just slightly scrambled for a minute or two
Pour egg over veggies and meat
COok in oven at 350 for 20 min. Voila!0 -

I had 1 cup of cottage cheese with 1/2 cup of blueberries mixed in this morning. My breakfasts are usually pretty boring. Typical egg, veggie, chesse scrambles or wraps.0

^^^^ this!!! I started making these a couple of weeks ago and LOVE it. I take them to work and reheat for breakfast. Quick, easy, filling and healthy!
Easily adaptable to your taste. I added turkey sausage crumbles instead of bacon or ham. YUM0
