    I have rewards set up all along the way... At 50 pounds down, I get an hour-long professional massage. (That should help my achy everything from doing Jillian Michaels workouts!) At 75, I get a facial. And at 100 I get a half-day at the spa. I am making it a point to focus on my well-being, and allow myself rewards that will not only make me feel good, but feel good about how I look, too.

    I really love this. I'm not a girly girl at all, so pedicures and manicures don't interest me much, but this seems womanly and healthy at the same time. I just might hafta steal a couple ideas :wink:

    Well me being the skinny friend will be an award itself haha!
