    You're going to do great on your first half marathon. I'm currently training for my first full, but I have a feeling I'll still prefer the distance of a half even if I end up doing OK. The half is a perfect balance of being super challenging but not all-life-encompassing like a full is! Do you have a particular goal time in mind? Is the course hilly? flat?

    Truly inspirational. And I can attest too, the power of exercise. Not for me, personally. But for my husband who suffered a traumatic brain injury in May 2011. He had to relearn how to walk, how to dress himself and how to eat. He now runs and has run in two 5ks. It can be done with determination.

    Congratulations on your awesome success story. I very much admire you because I've seen first hand what you had to overcome.
