So my new job (full time) is as a caregiver at a rest home, this requires a lot of heavy lifting, being on your feet constantly and just general physical labor. ( i am shattered after my shifts)
I have my last 20 pounds to loose
Currently eating 1340 cals + exercise cals (4 days a week), should i up my cals to accommodate for what i assume will be a jump in cals burned per day by this new job?
Opinions?

Congrats on the new job! If you up your calories, I would go slow with it, maybe only 100 calories a week at a time, just to see how your body handles it!0
