Something's not right....

So, Fridays are my 'weigh in' day. So naturally, all i'm craving an hour before bed is salt. I have the calories left over to eat any kind of salty crap I want, but I really don't want to be retaing all the water tomorrow morning. Life is sooo unfair!

    Same thing.... I have horrible cravings on Thursday nights... and then hate myself in the morning...

    I chew so much sugarless gum during the day just for this reason. I can eat whatever I want to eat right now, but what happens when I weigh myself in the morning with all the extra salt and sugar? I make myself something special on Friday nights just to help with the torture it takes to get there.

    Just a tip if you eat the same amount of salt all the time your body will adjust and won't retain extra water. =D It's only sudden increases in sodium that cause you to hang onto extra.

    This. Look up what your upper limit and RDA for sodium is and stick to it
