NEW BEFORE & AFTERS

Every now and then I like to post B&A pics because I am amazed at myself when I look at my before and think “Why in the heck didn’t anyone tell me I looked like this!”

The before was at about 185 lbs and afters are current at around 150 lbs give or take a lb.
