    Thank you all!! On behalf of the academy, I would like to thank….J/K, but no really, thanks, it means a lot to see all the encouraging words of motivation on this site. It really helps me get through the journey.

    1200 calories a day
    **EXAMPLE:
    Breakfast – weight control oatmeal
    Mid morning snack – medium banana
    Lunch – 4 oz grilled salmon with brown rice and cabbage
    Mid afternoon snack – grapefruit
    Dinner – 4oz grilled lean meat (chicken, fish, etc.) with asparagus and rice
    (measuring my food made a huge difference and kept me in check – PORTION CONTROL GET TO KNOW IT)
    Splenda instead of sugar
    No soda, lots of water


    Cardio 4 times a week for 45-60 minutes
    Fast Jump rope 1 ½ hours per week
    Hiking every other Sunday
    **I do NOT eat my exercise calories, I just don’t. If I were hungry, of course then I would eat my allowance. If I was not hungry, then I just didn’t. It worked for me so that is what I am sticking to. Might not work for everyone though, our bodies are all different. I understand the “eating exercise calories” is a big debate but I know what worked for me.

    Wow! Absolutely stunning! Thanks for inspiring me today!! I weigh 154.3 as of last Friday, haven't weighed this week, but I don't look anywhere as great as you do at 150!! You are rocking!!! KEEP IT UP!

    Is this the same girl who swore she could not get out of the 160 lb range and now you are 154.3?? What!!?? Ur great!
