I'm very happy with my progress this week! I even worked my way up to 8-minute runs this week with Couch to 5K!!!0 -
It's not too much to be considered unhealthy. It is a healthy goal to shoot for 1 - 2.5 or 3 lbs a week.
That said, it may be hard. But doable. It's a good challenge, regardless of whether you lose 2 lbs or 8 lbs in that time, you still come out at a win, because anything lost is good.

I am just now seeing this. I do document my weight on my calendar so I will go ahead and update it. Maybe I can still lose 8 lbs by then. That would be AMAZING. I'd be so happy

I'm bummed that my final weigh in for the month didn't show a drop, however I am happy that I lost 4.6 pounds this month, even if it was only over two of the weigh ins.0 -
I was down lower earlier in the week...and knowing my weighing cycle, I'll be down lower by the end of the weekend. Still. All in all...great losses for me in March!!! Looking forward to maintaining in April and beyond!

3/8 - 156.6 lbs. (weighed in on 3/10 when I got home from vacation)

Man, just 0.2 lbs away from reaching 8 lbs for March! If I lose it over the weekend, I'll post another comment
I reached 3 milestones yesterday, though! I lost 20 lbs overall so far, I ran my first 30-min run, and I ran 50 miles in the month of March!
